Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using 15minutesfood.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

We provide recipe discovery, meal‑planning tools and a community where users may post recipes, comments and photos.

3. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older. The Service is not directed at children under 13 or at minors in California, the UK or the wider EU.

4. Accounts

  • Provide a valid e‑mail address and create a password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may delete your account at any time in settings.

5. Subscription plans and billing

  • Freemium: core features are free; premium features require a paid subscription.
  • Billing currency: EUR or USD, chosen at checkout.
  • Plans renew monthly until cancelled in your account settings (immediate cancellation, access continues until the end of the current period).
  • No refunds are offered once a charge has been processed, except where required by law.

6. User‑generated content

Licence you grant (Minimal Display Licence): You grant Luminok Brand a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, reproduce and publicly display the content you submit solely for operating and improving the Service. You retain full ownership of your content.

  • You must only upload material you own or have the right to share.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Post unlawful, defamatory, hateful or pornographic material.
  • Scrape or replicate the Service without permission.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt our servers.
  • Circumvent subscription paywalls.

8. Intellectual property

Except for user content, all text, graphics and trademarks on the Service are owned by Luminok Brand or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without prior consent.

9. Third‑party content

Embedded videos are served from YouTube™. Google's own Terms & Privacy Policy apply when you interact with that content.

10. Nutrition / medical disclaimer

All recipes and information are provided for general educational purposes only and are not medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making major dietary changes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminok Brand shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of €50 or the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luminok Brand from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your content.

13. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding online arbitration under the rules of the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform; the arbitrator's decision will be final.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms; you will be notified by e‑mail at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
